"What Did He Say?" is the second studio album by jazz fusion bassist Victor Wooten, released on August 19, 1997, by Compass Records. The album features a variety of music ranging from funk and rap to a fantastic version of John Coltrane's Naima and a beautiful, original rendition of the Beatles' Norwegian Wood.
